TODD HORN PEPSI SUPER TOURNAMENT RULES -
JULY 26 & 27, 2008

|
- $175.00 per boat entry
fee. All boats must
register by 6:00 pm,
Friday, July 25th.
Registrations will not be accepted at Rules Meeting.
All general rules of the festival will apply if not stated
otherwise.
- The number of persons
on board will be a maximum of four with no more than three lines
per person. The catch
will be the State legal limit each day.
All “Captain’s Catch” fish qualify for the regular
tournament. All
members of the crew must be registered in the regular tournament
and comply with General Rule 11.
- All boats must be at
the city boat harbor no later than 5:45 am for inspection.
- Any boat not starting
must notify the tournament director by 5:45 am for a ruling or
automatically be disqualified.
- SHOTGUN START.
All boats will leave in front of the harbor at 6:00 am each
day. All boats must
be inside a line determined by the tournament officials before
2:00 pm each day to qualify for scoring.
- Each boat must display
the official PEPSI SUPER TOURNAMENT BANNER from the highest
possible point, during the tournament.
- Transfer of any items
from boat to boat or any physical contact with another boat will
disqualify both boats for the entire tournament. See General Rule
4-c.
- All Salmon or Trout,
including Brown Trout, must be caught in Lake Huron.
No rivers or streams are considered legal fishing waters
except in the Thunder Bay River from 2nd Ave. Bridge to
the lake. All fish
must be transported by waterborne boat to the official Weigh
Station at the harbor. No fish transported by vehicle will be accepted.
- Weigh-in is after 2:00
pm both days. A crew
member must be present to sign the validation sheet and present
the PEPSI Registration Card.
- “Captain’s
Catch” in effect. The
five heaviest of six fish weighed (picked by the Captain of each
boat) will be tallied for prizes.
